Bio

Sherry Bokser studied at NYU, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, the Dramatists Guild Institute, HB Studios, ESPA at Primary Stages, and as an Invited Guest Artist at the Kennedy Center. Her full-length work has been developed at the Kenyon Playwrights Conference, the Great Plains Theatre Conference, Steppenwolf Theatre, Pick Up Stix Playwrights, 360 Repco, and DGPG at The Players. Sherry’s short plays have received staged readings at NYC’s Plays and Pizza, DGPG’s Nights of Shorts, and Whore Presents at Muchmores.

Sherry is a member of the Dramatists Guild and the International Centre for Women Playwrights. She is a founding member of the DGPG Writers, Pick Up Stix Playwrights, and Whore Presents Playwrights Collective.
